Tea-Rex Cafe
Retired paleontologist Dr. Stephen Jones had a large personal collection of artifacts he gathered over his many years of working at dig sites. He wanted to share his collection with the community and bring visitors to the dig site just outside his town - so he opened the Tea-Rex Cafe. It started as a simple break space for the working paleontologists but as word grew, people from all over the country started visiting and the area is now a tourist destination.
Dr. Jones' daughter, Tara, grew up going to dig sites with her father and now she runs the cafe alongside him.
